Psychologist
As a compassionate and experienced psychologist, I specialise in helping people of all ages with trauma, anxiety, and depression and other mental health issues. My practice is culturally sensitive, LGBTIQA+ inclusive, and trauma informed. My approach is strengths-based, solution-focused and person-centred, emphasising collaboration in therapy.
I use evidence-based methods (such as CBT) to address anxiety, mood issues, trauma, unhelpful coping strategies, relationship issues, parenting concerns and work stress amongst other issues. With over 15 years counselling experience, I understand that individual concerns are often complex and multifaceted and strive to make therapy a supportive experience that fosters positive change and improved wellbeing
Referrals and Collaboration: If your mental health concerns require specialized care beyond our scope, we have a network of trusted mental health professionals and specialists to whom we can refer you. We collaborate closely with these professionals to ensure seamless continuity of care and provide you with the support you need.
